Observing, documenting and telling stories to protect nature

Lyra Wildlife is an Argentine non-profit civil association dedicated to wildlife conservation. It was born from a craft, filming and photographing nature for years alongside scientists, and from a decision: to put that craft, the equipment, the image archive and the experience in communicating at the service of those who work to conserve it.

We do it with what we know best: observing, documenting and telling. We build citizen science tools so that anyone can contribute useful data to research, gathered with a method, reviewed and kept open. We produce images and stories that make visible what needs to be cared for, because what is not seen is not protected. And we share what we know and what we have, data, images, equipment and knowledge, with researchers, organisations and citizens.

We believe that what will save the world is love for living things and the decision to care for them together.
